How onlinefaxservices.ca compares online fax services
We look at four things: Canadian fax numbers, privacy compliance, ease of use and honest pricing. FaxToFax.com offers local and toll-free numbers in Canada and the US, and sends to 220+ countries, with a page to Canada, the US or the UK counting as one plan page.
On privacy, it meets Ontario PHIPA requirements for electronic service providers, follows PIPEDA, and supports the FLSC Model Code confidentiality duty for lawyers, with encryption in transit and at rest and an append-only audit log.
On price, the renewal price is shown up front: $4.99 for the first month on Personal, then $18.99/mo, or $14.99 then $39.99/mo on Business for teams. You can cancel online any time.
